Insurance Policy and the Legal Expenses Insurance

1.Summary - review in English The above-mentioned work comprises of two basic issues that are connected together, namely commentary on Insurance Policy Act as general introduction into the field of insurance policies and consequent and special issue of legal expenses insurance interpretation. The basic meaning of it was to introduce not only the provisons concerning insurance policies, but also to show one of the insurance policies type in details, what could be hardly possible or satisfactory without preceding description of the Insurance Policy Act. Thus, complete summary of this work will be divided into two parts; first would be the part concerning Insurance Policy Act and second would be the part concerning legal expenses insurance. 1.1.Insurance Policy Act - Summary The first part of this work concerned, as mentioned above, the Insurance Policy Act, whereas my primary aim was to interpret provisions of this act that were worth it and point out namely on imperfections of the existing legislature. Church restitution and analysis within

The year 1989 is an important milestone in the modern history of Czechoslovakia and later the Czech Republic. This year started a search for answers to many important questions, injustices and related remedies. It includes not only moral issues but also property relations among our state and individuals or legal entities.
My bachelor work on the theme The Church restitution and its analysis focuses especially on property injustices, although the moral side of these matters reflects in them deeply. The view on possible damages or justifications with churches in our country is described here. The history and development of this problem is given from the beginning to its approval and coming into force of the law no. 428/2012 Collection, on property settlement with churches and religious societies dated December 5, 2012 effective from January 1, 2013.
The main purpose of this work is to analyze the financial expenses according to the old legislation (Act no. 218/1949 Coll.) compared to financial expenses expected after the adoption of the law on church property settlement and religious societies from the state budget based on the trends of this issue. The assessment of the benefits of new legislation against the previous law is the crucial output of this work. The practical part is also marginally focused on one of the organizational units of the Czech Republic Office of the Government Representation in Property Affairs.

This bachelor thesis analyzes the offer of the accident insurance. Describes the history of the private accident insurance. Professionally defined the accident insurance, the insurance contract, the premiums and its amount. Defines the types of insurance and the exclusions in the indemnification. Then it also states the basic types of the accident insurance and its specific forms. The work focuses on the activities of the insurance intermediaries and their role in the offer of the accident insurance. Characterizes the current insurance market and the role the accident insurance plays in it. For the purposes of the detailed analysis are selected four insurance companies operating on the Czech market. After their performance follow the comparative examples, in which are indicated the differences in the amounts of annual premiums and amounts of indemnification. The concluding part presents the results of a questionnaire relating to accident insurance.
